i have to wake up at 4 30 am tomorrow and i was attempting to be healthy and get at LEAST 7 good hours of sleep. i’ve been so exhausted these past days due to sleeplessness and now I’M WIDE AWAKE. throughout the day today i could barely keep my eyes open, and that tylenol sinus medication didn’t help me much either.
